This is my story:
All of this was because of my last minute decision to study abroad in London during my junior year at London School of Economics. I have never stepped outside of the US before and it was a huge life changing moment for me.
I used the chance to travel extensively in Europe, sort of like the garden gnome in the Amelie film. Following that, my travel bug took me to the rest of the world.
One thing led to another, I received a full-time job offer in London and decided that my 20s is the best time to pursue an international adventure.
So I packed my bags with what I could carry in two luggages under the 23kg limit and travelled to a new life in London.
As you will see shortly from reading my blog, food always dictated my schedule either I’m abroad or back home in London. I travel to experience the world but also to taste it.
This corner of the internet is what I define as my creative canvas. In the words of Seth Godin, who I regard as my virtual mentor in many areas of my life, “everyone is an artist and able to create art in their own ways.”
…making delicious food come alive with flavour and colours
…capturing beautiful memories on film and photography
…living life on my own terms and independent lifestyles
…walking in my favourite pair of boots to travel to distant lands
I’m grateful to have the opportunity to share with you my story and many many stories that will happen as you follow along on this journey.
